Your wedding day is one the most momentous days of your life and choosing a photographer who will record every aspect of the day, how YOU want it recorded, can be a daunting prospect. There are many different approaches to wedding photography from the traditional ‘formal’ posed style to a more candid, informal approach. As a general rule my style is very much the latter, preferring to blend into the background and creatively capture all the emotions & special moments of the day from the pre wedding preparations to the evening celebrations. Of course no wedding would be complete without the customary family and bridal party ‘formals’ but with good communication and planning prior to the big day these can be shot in a relaxed and fun manner that will see you back with a Prosecco in your hand, amongst your guests before you know it.

Every wedding is unique and it is always the ultimate privilege to be entrusted to record such a significant occasion in your lives. I like to build a good relationship with my couples in the run up to the wedding so we all go into the big day relaxed in each others company and with a plan in place that allows you to go about the important business of enjoying the happiest day of your lives, surrounded by the people that matter most to you whilst I discretely go about my work.
